These terms govern your use of Pivotal Learn, the internal training platform operated by [Pivotal legal entity] (“Pivotal”). By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use it

Pivotal Learn is for Pivotal staff and authorised team members who have been given access. Accounts are provided by Pivotal; access is not open to the public.

2. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [privacy@pivotal.earth] if you think it has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for your training. Don’t copy, download, share, or distribute course materials outside Pivotal, attempt to access other people’s data, or try to bypass the platform’s security or access controls. Don’t use it unlawfully.

4. Content

All courses, videos, and materials are owned by Pivotal or its licensors and are provided for your training only. You gain no ownership of, or right to reuse, them.

5. Availability

We provide the platform “as is” and may update, suspend, or withdraw it or any content at any time. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Ending access

Your access may be suspended or removed at Pivotal’s discretion, and ends when your engagement with Pivotal ends.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
